6026 Internal Warning MP MIN PWR TO MultiPac Minimum Power Timeout System Severity Level 2 This fault is declared when the software detects an insufficient amount of power from a MultiPac to meet the minimum load power demand. Symptom Probable Cause Analysis Repair Solution Not Enough Microturbines Available to Load Within Mini- mum Timeout Period Not Enough Microtur- bines Available to Meet Minimum Power Requirements You must have enough micro-turbine systems to meet the load require- ments. Factor in the ambient condi- tions when matching the microturbine size to load require- ments. Install more micro- turbine systems. Each Model 330 Microturbine is con- sidered a 30kW load. Make sure the Minimum Power Setting does not exceed the number of microturbines multiplied by 30kW. For reliability, this setting is a balance between being able to provide adequate power and not require more microturbine sys- tems to start than necessary. Adjust Minimum Power Setting (MINPWR) Microturbine Systems Are Exhibiting Faults that Prevent Starting. A failing microturbine system will reduce the available power and can prevent a MultiPac from reaching the Minimum Power Setting. Troubleshoot codes on faulting microturbine sys- tem(s) If faults can not be fixed on failing microturbine systems, consider the possibility of being able to operate with reduced load, or lower Minimum Power Setting. Adjust Minimum Power Setting (MINPWR) Not Enough Time Pro- vided for Sequencing Microturbine Systems To State Where They Can Load. Somewhere between 60 and 120 sec- onds are required for a microturbine system to sequence to a state where it is ready to load. Increasing this time will provide higher likelihood for ensuring systems are ready to load. Adjust Minimum Power Timeout Setting (MPWRTO) Observe Safety Precautions - Refer to Important Safety Instructions for Details Troubleshooting Guide 116 511521-002 This information is confidential and proprietary to Capstone.
