6013 Internal Fault SYS CONFIG System Configuration Fault System Severity Level 6 The software protects the user from selecting a system configuration that is not supported by the installed hardware components. Symptom Probable Cause Analysis Repair Solution System in Stand-alone Mode and No Battery Found Battery Pack Cir- cuit Breaker Off with Grid Power Applied Grid power will provide voltage for DPC to operate, however, the battery pack must have bat- tery power to operate. Turn on Battery Circuit Breaker, press battery start button, and wait for 10 seconds for device to communicate with DPC. Stand-alone with Grid Power and Auto Sleep Timer times out After the AUTOSLP timer expires, the DPC will command the battery to sleep. If the DPC still has power, is in stand-alone mode, and can not communi- cate with a battery, then this fault is declared. Press battery start button and wait 10 seconds for battery to communicate with DPC IntraController Harness to Battery Not Secure Intermittent connection on the IntraController bus could cause power to flow from battery to DPC, but communications are unsuccessful. Secure IntraController connection to battery Battery Controller Failure Battery controller could provide power from battery start signal, but battery has controller com- munication failure. Replace Battery Controller (BCT). Invalid Utility Connec- tion Utility Connection has not been set. Systems may ship with an invalid utility connection. Executing the Set Default function from the display panel or RS232 port will cause the utility connection to default to an invalid setting. Set system utility connec- tion from display panel or RS232. Dual Mode Configura- tion Error A UCB relay not programmed as Mode Active Open In the Dual Mode operation, one of the UCB Relays should have the Mode function selected and configured as Active Open. Configure UCB relay set- tings from display panel or RS232. A UCB relay not programmed as Load Active Open In the Dual Mode operation, one of the UCB Relays should have the Load function selected and configured as Active Open. Configure UCB relay set- tings from display panel or RS232.
