16003 Fuel Fault LF DRNTNK FULL Liquid Fuel Draintank Full System Severity Level 6 This fault is reported when the fuel inside the Drain Tank is at or above the high-level sensor. This fault will also generate a 5000 Fuel Subsystem fault. Symptom Probable Cause Analysis Repair Solution Priming sequence failure Drain Tank is full Verify priming sequence has run Empty Drain Tank Faulty Drain Tank level switch Verify voltage to Drain Tank level switch. High Drain Tank level switch may be continuously tripped or float may be stuck. Replace Drain Tank Faulty Priming Solenoid Valve Verify voltage to faulty Priming Solenoid Valve Replace Priming Solenoid Valve Priming sequence timer error Too much fuel may be entering the Drain Tank during priming process. Contact Technical Sup- port Inlet Pressure Too High Verify the Inlet Pressure is less than 34.5 kPa (5.0 psig). Correct Inlet Pressure setting Priming Solenoid installed backwards Draintank full fault appears during operation.
