12023 Internal Fault BATT ADC ACC Battery Analog/Digital Conversion Accuracy Fault System Severity Level 3 Analog to digital converters can report inaccurate feedback values when the A/D reference voltage is incorrect. The software declares an A/D Accuracy fault when the reference voltage is outside 2.5V +/- 0.25%. The software also declares an A/D Accuracy fault when the calibration routine fails on time-out. Symptom Probable Cause Analysis Repair Solution The reference voltage of the A/D conversion is not accurate enough. System is not initialized properly. Try to reboot the system. Reboot the system. Faulty BCM Control Board Circuitry on BCM Control Board has failed Attempt a BCM PM upload. Check if there is newer version of control software released. Update the control software. A/D conversion overruns occurred. The control software may contain bugs.
