12008 Internal Fault BATT MAIN CONT Battery Main Contactor - Solenoid Drive Failed System Severity Level 5 This fault is declared when the Contactor solenoid driver fails. Symptom Probable Cause Analysis Repair Solution Hardware Indicated That At Least One of the Solenoid Drives On the BCT Power Board Failed. Weak BCT Power Supply Vicor Power Supply Module is used in some old BCT controllers. This power supply may not be able to provide enough power to the BCT controller. Replace the BCT power board with newer version board. (See Document 513158) Weak Battery Check the battery voltage and SOC. Charge the battery. Faulty BCT Power Board BCT Power Board needs replacing. Replace BCT Power Board (See Document 513158) 12009 Internal Fault BATT ESTOP Battery Emergency Stop (E-Stop) System Severity Level 6 This fault is declared when the Emergency Stop switch is activated. Symptom Probable Cause Analysis Repair Solution Emergency Stop Is Active Emergency Stop signal is asserted. Analyze other reported faults to determine the true cause of the emergency stop. After the problem is resolved, reboot the system to clear the fault.
