8004 Internal Fault INTRA PWR DRV Intra Power A Driver Fault System Severity Level 3 This fault is declared if the IntraController Power A Solenoid Driver fails. Symptom Probable Cause Analysis Repair Solution Intra Power A Status Indicates Overcurrent or Undercurrent Condition Wrong Solenoid Drive Component DPC Control Board should have a VN16BSP solenoid driver installed at U44. Replace DPC Control Board (See Document 513176) Intra Power A Solenoid Failed Start system and verify 13.8 VDC is applied on IntraPwr A (pins A1 and B1) of Intra Controller harness solenoid connector before fault is declared. Replace Intra Device caus- ing open or short condi- tion. Water in Intra Harness In humid environments temperatures near the MicroTurbine can reach the dew point. Water in the back of the connector will short wires. Dry Engine Harness Intra Harness Not Connected Intra Harness is not secure at Intra Devices or DPC. Secure Intra Harness con- nections Intra Harness Damaged A loose wire at harness connector or in wire is creating an open or short circuit. Replace Engine Harness Component failed on Control Board Components within the driver or fault status circuitry have failed.
