6019 Internal Warning PWR LOSS LOW Power Loss Low System Severity Level 2 This fault is declared if the difference between the power into and out of the DC bus exceeds a preset value. Symptom Probable Cause Analysis Repair Solution Engine produces 5 kW less power than expected Inadequate Fuel Supply If software fuel command is very high this would indicate that inadequate fuel is being provided to the system Make sure fuel is in the tank and no restrictions exist in the fuel line to the system. Clogged Fuel Filter Debris in fuel filter is restricting fuel flow to engine. Check fuel filters - supplied by Capstone and potentially by customer High back pressure Check Heat Exchanger backflow damper Repair/replace damper Inlet Thermistor reading incorrect Connecting thermistor measure- ment to the probe located in the stator housing returns a faulty reading. Replace Inlet Thermistor Assume signal is not making it back to the control board Replace Thermistor Harness Measurement circuit must have failed if thermistor device and harness are good. Replace ACM. Replace ECM Control Board. Engine Thermo- couple reading incorrect A high thermocouple reading could cause less fuel delivery and thus less power production from the engine. Measure thermo- couple output for verification. Replace the engine thermocouple Harness believed to have an intermittent short Replace engine thermo- couple harness ECM Control board circuitry not measuring feedback correctly. Attempt an ECM Control Board PM upload. Replace ECM Control Board Engine Failure Failure in engine has occurred that results in a loss of power.
