Replace Fuel Shutoff Solenoid Fuel Shutoff Solenoid failed Open May cause Hard Light Over- temperature Replace Fuel Shutoff Solenoid Fuel Manifold Solenoids failed Closed Exit pressure reading should be less than 10 psig during start. Replace Fuel Manifold Fuel Manifold Solenoid failed Open May cause Hard Light Over- temperature Replace Fuel Manifold Igniter Failure can be intermittent. Must spark continuously Replace Ignitor Fuel Inlet Pressure Sensor Reading High Compare fuel inlet pressure reading to actual fuel pressure being applied to system. Note: Systems cannot handle more pressure than the sensor is rated for. Replace Fuel Inlet Pressure Sensor. Replace Fuel Device PM. Check range on pressure transducer Replace Pressure Transducer Fuel Flow Device Feedback does not match command SPV% command does not match feedback. Replace Fuel Flow Device TET Thermocouple does not report that the Engine lit An audible engine light is heard but temperature is not reported from the controller. Replace Engine Thermo- couple. Replace Engine Harness. After replacing the engine thermocouple TET still does not increase when audible light occurs. Attempt an ECM Control Board PM upload. Replace ECM Control Board Combustion Hardware failed Fuel is being delivered with no abnormal reductions in command, but engine does not sustain combustion.
