When calling, have the following information available: o Systemcatalognumber(Example:65R-DR4-HU00) o Systemserialnumber(Example:9087) o Originaldateofmanufacture Kit (610698-100) contains: o ActivationkeytoenableVDEfunctionality o Newlabelthatreflectselectricalcurrentcapabilities • When loading this software, reload all PMs with latest version of PM Programmers software (v2.31A or later) Responsibility NOTE: No travel or labor will be reimbursed for this software installation. It is Capstone’s responsibility to: • Provide this Service Notice containing description of the software improvements and recommended action to Capstone's Authorized Service Providers. NOTE: VDE functionality defaults to OFF in field installations. Purchase of an optional kit (610698-100) is required in order to activate. • Make available the software, at no charge, to Authorized Service Providers for the resolution of issues or enhanced functionality related to fielded microturbine systems. • Make available upgrade kit 610698-100, at no charge, for systems built between 01 July 2012 and 03 June 2013.
