Symptom Probable Cause Analysis Repair Solution Flameout Flameout Load Refer to Fault 6012 Refer to Fault 6012 (Flameout Load) This fault is reported after other hardware faults are detected Generator IGBT was disabled by other hardware faults Faults that can cause ‘Generator IGBT Disabled’ include: DC Bus Overvoltage. Generator IGBT Fault. Inverter IGBT Fault. Any fault that causes E-Stop fault. Troubleshoot the responsible hard- ware fault Mechanical Failure Generator or bearing failure Remove air filter, press Start com- mand, and determine if the shaft is rotating Attempt an engine PM upload.
