The software declares an AC overcurrent fault when phase A or phase B analog inputs exceed..........Amps for a 208/240 VAC system, and 260 Amps for a 480 VAC system. Recommended Spare Parts • PM • ECM • Inductor • IGBT Module • Engine Symptom Probable Cause Analysis Repair Solution Phase A or Phase B Current reading is higher than the AC Overcurrent Limit Open/Loose connection (Flex Harness) Check ribbon cables W201 and W203 for loose connections or damage. Secure or replace cable(s) Loose connections (Screw Terminals) Check connections on flexibar W216 between IGBT Module and ECM Inductor. The torque on the screws should be 9 Nm (80 lb-in). Check cable W219 from ECM Inductor to output connections. The torque on the Inductors should be 7.3 Nm (65 lb-in). Open the generator junction box and check connections. Tighten wire connections per instructions. The AC Overcur- rent limit is wrongly set. Make sure that the ECM Control Board PM are programmed properly, and are supported by the installed control software. Re-program the ECM Control Board PM.
