5000 Internal Fault FUEL SUBSYSTEM (Cont’d) Note: Refer to the following three fuel system configurations when troubleshooting pressure transducers: 1. 0 to 100 psig (Inlet), 0 to 100 psig (Outlet) 2. SPV25 internal transducer (Inlet), 0 to 100 psig (Outlet) 3. SPV25 internal transducer (Inlet), No Outlet Bit # SPV25 FAULT Analysis Repair Solution 31 Communication Timeout Check Intra Harness connections at ECM and SPV25 Secure Intra Harness Check Intra Harness cable for water or damage Replace Intra Harness Communications circuits on fuel controller may have failed Attempt a PM upload. Replace Fuel Controller. 30 Pressure Low Check Pressure Harness is secure to both transducers Secure Pressure Harness Check Pressure Harness for Water or Damage Replace Pressure Harness Check Pressure Transducer reading normal Replace Pressure Transducer Pressure sensing circuitry on fuel controller may have failed Attempt a PM upload. Replace Fuel Controller. Check pressure range on downstream pressure transducer (0 to 100 psig) Replace Pressure Transducer 29 Pressure High Check Pressure Harness is secure to both transducers Secure Pressure Harness Check Pressure Harness for water or damage Replace Pressure Harness Check Pressure Transducer reading normal Replace Pressure Transducer Pressure sensing circuitry on fuel controller may have failed Attempt a PM upload. Replace Fuel Controller. Check pressure range on downstream pressure transducer (0 to 100 psig) Replace Pressure Transducer 28 DC Undervoltage Check Intra Harness connections at ECM and SPV25 Secure Intra Harness Check Intra Harness cable for water or damage Replace Intra Harness Check for shorts on 24V loads (Manifold, Shutoff Valve, Display, etc.) Replace faulty load component Verify 24V on Intra A Power measured during start. If no 24V, replace ECM Control Board Attempt a PM upload. Replace ECM Control Board. Voltage sensing circuitry on fuel controller may have failed Attempt a PM upload. Replace Fuel Controller.
