11025 Internal Fault UCB COMM TO UCB Communication Time-out System Severity Level 3 This fault is reported when communication to the UCB fails. Symptom Probable Cause Analysis Repair Solution Faulty UCB communication Initialization errors with Intra Devices Failure to communicate with Intra Devices Attempt to re-boot. Intra harness connections Check connections from ECM Control Board to UCB. Make sure connections between ECM Control Board and UCB are dry and secure. Replace if damaged. SA System - Battery Voltage Check SA 12V battery voltage in the UCB. Recharge or replace the 12V Battery Grounding errors Incorrect grounding can lead to intermittent communication. Verify and correct grounding errors Faulty UCB UCB needs replacing Replace UCB Faulty ECM Control Board ECM Control Board needs replacing Attempt an ECM Control Board PM upload. Replace ECM Control Board. 11026 Internal Fault ITER IM COMM TO Inter Inverter Master Communication Time Out System Severity Level 2 This fault is declared on active systems that do not receive 10B2 communication from the Inverter master system in a fixed amount of time. Symptom Probable Cause Analysis Repair Solution Faulty Inverter Master communi- cation. Loose harness connections. Verify harness connections to/from each UCB in MultiPac. Tighten harness connections. Failed harness 10B2 harness has failed. Replace faulty harness.
