10042 Internal Fault IDSP NCURR Inverter Neutral Current Error System Severity Level 4 In Grid Connect mode, the errors are monitored between measured and reference values of the Neutral component of inverter current. If the error exceeds the maximum current error for the current error timeout, an internal warning is logged. At this point the inverter output is suspended and a re-synchronization occurs. If two warnings are logged within the period given by Warning to Error timeout, the system will shut down and declare errors for all events logged as warnings. Symptom Probable Cause Analysis Repair Solution The error between the measured and refer- ence values of the Neutral Current exceeds the maximum current error for the current error timeout period. Open/loose connection Check connections to the LCM Control Board. Tighten cable connections Debris or water in package Inspect the LCM power board, control board and the cables connecting them for any material that could short connections. Clean LCM The maximum current error is wrongly set. Make sure that the LCM PM is programmed properly, and it is supported by the installed control software. Re-program the LCM Control Board PM. The current error timeout period is wrongly set. Make sure that the LCM PM is programmed properly, and it is supported by the installed control software. Re-program the LCM Control Board PM. Faulty LCM Control Board Circuitry on LCM Control Board has failed Attempt a LCM Control Board PM upload. Replace LCM Control Board. Faulty LCM Power Board Circuitry on LCM Power Board has failed. Attempt a LCM Control Board PM upload. Replace LCM Power Board.
