PRELIMINARY System Settings (Menu 4 of 7) System Settings Menu 4 of 7 The System Settings menu provides for the user or Authorized Service Provider to establish global MicroTurbine operating parameters. These settings apply regardless of application or operating mode. Usually these will be established at installation, and will not be changed thereafter. Submenu 1 of 15 Display Format Display Format Provides for either Metric or English engineering units to be used for all pressures and temperatures displayed on the Display Panel. Default = Metric. Submenu 2 of 15 Set Date and Time Set Date / Time Set the time and date. Also, displays the system date in MM/DD/YYYY and the time in 24:00:00. Submenu 3 of 15 Fuel Index 1 Fuel Index 1 A parameter used to adjust the fuel system controls to handle fuels of very low or very high energy content. Refer to the Fuel Selection and Utilization portion of the Installation & Start-Up manual for details. The Default = 1.00. Submenu 4 of 15 Fuel Index 2 Fuel Index 2 A second parameter used to adjust the fuel system controls to handle fuels of very low or very high energy content. Refer to the Fuel Selection and Utilization portion of the Installation & Start-Up manual for details. Default = 1.00. Submenu 5 of 15 BTU Content and Mode BTU Content / Mode This enables the system to use fuels outside the normal energy content range. See the Fuel Selection and Utilization portion of the Installation & Start-Up manual for details. Default = Normal. Submenu 6 of 15 Baud Rate Baud Rate (User Baud Rate) (User baud rate) (Maintenance baud rate) User Baud Rate . Establishes the communication speed for the User Interface Port. Available settings are 1200, 2400, 4800, 9600, 14400, 19200, 28800, 38400, 57600. Default = 57600. Maintenance Baud Rate .Establishes the maximum communication speed for the Maintenance Interface Port. Settings and default are the same as for the User Interface Port. Default = 57600. Submenu 7 of 15 Fault Input 1 Fault Input 1 Detects a fault input into the system from an external fault source. Fault Input and Fault Input SSL allow users to enable, select the severity level, and adjust the debounce time for fault input detection from an external device. Submenu 8 of 15 Fault Input 1 (SSL) Fault Input 1 (System Severity Level) (Seconds) Configures the fault input enabled by 7/15 above; severity level of fault and debounce time.
