The air filter located in the air intake should be inspected every six months and cleaned/replaced once a year. Maintenance intervals may increase due to conditions at the site. Refer to the Capstone Scheduled Maintenance Work Instructions (440000) for maintenance of internal components. Be aware that the display panel cover is not to be opened during normal operation. The display panel is to be operated only during maintenance and troubleshooting of the system. The display panel is not intended to be operated in hazardous locations. As with any of the other enclosure panels, the display panel cover should only be opened after the area is known to be free of explosive gases. Pressure Switch The pressure switch should be calibrated annually. Refer to Appendix C, “Pressure Switch” for more details. Pressure Transmitter The pressure transmitter requires no calibration.
