Observe all safety precautions to prevent Injury or death. Required Tools ! Phillips Screwdriver Procedures The replacement instructions are comprised of the disassembly and assembly procedures. 1. Remove the back panel on the UCB case. 2. Unplug harnesses from inside the package. 3. If the system is in MultiPac configuration, remove the MultiPac communication cables. 4. Remove any fault input, remote, E-Stop, modem and relay wiring. Note the existing position of the wiring in order to restore the configuration on the new board. 5. Remove the six retaining screws using the Phillips screwdriver 6. Replace the User Connection Board. 7. Mount the new board using the existing screws. 8. Re-connect all wiring into the respective terminals. 9. Re-connect the harnesses from inside the package. 10. Re-install the back panel. 11. Turn on the fuel supply. 12. Initiate an engine start. 13. Test the system for proper operation as detailed in the MicroTurbine Userís Manual.
