Allows air flow to air assist manifold 2. Enabled during start when compressor discharge pressure is low 3. Solenoid receives power from the Liquid Fuel Controller Drain Solenoid 1. Allows unburned fuel in engine to flow to drain tank 2. Enabled prior to start and during cooldown operation 3. Solenoid receives power from the Liquid Fuel Controller Drain Tank 1. Reservoir to store unburned fuel from engine 2. Fuel would normally cause clogging of filter or damage to pump 3. Multiple failed starts fault code (3023) appears indicating tank should be drained 4. Tank should be drained at normal service interval to prevent overflow 5. Contents drained from tank should be disposed of in accordance with local, federal or national codes Manual Drain 1. Petcock valve provided on the back of system to empty drain tank Vent Filter 1. 40u filter element located on back of package 2. Used to provide vent air to the drain tank to reduce compression and allow for proper drainage Liquid Fuel Injectors Premix Fuel Port 2. Air Assist Port 3. Always operated on three premix injector ports 4. Air assist provided at light off to atomize fuel 5. Air assist provided by Compressor Discharge Pressure to atomize fuel once engine reaches idle speed 6.
