AttachleadwiresforterminalsL1,L2,andL3andsecurewith1/4-20screws removed during disassembly. Using a Phillips-tip torque driver and a torque wrench, tighten each screw to a torque of 50 inch-pounds. Three 1/4-20 Screws Torque: 50 inch-pounds Torque-Seal (3 places) Terminals L1, L2, L3 Terminals T1, T2, T3 Torque-Seal (3 places) Three 1/4-20 Screws Torque: 50 inch-pounds 7. ApplyasmallamountofTorque-Sealontoeachofthethree1/4-20screwsfor terminals L1, L2, and L3. Use F-900 Torque-Seal Inspection Lacquer (colored bright orange), available in 1/2-ounce poly squeeze tubes from Organic Products Company (www.opco.com), P.O. Box 170428, Irving, Texas 75017 (or equivalent). 8. AttachleadwiresforterminalsT1,T2,andT3andsecurewith1/4-20screws removed during disassembly. Using a Phillips-tip torque driver and a torque wrench, tighten each screw to a torque of 50 inch-pounds. 9. ApplyasmallamountofTorque-Sealontoeachofthethree1/4-20screwsfor terminals T1, T2, and T3. 10. Visually check to verify that the labels on all of the leadwires properly match the terminal labels on the Contactor. 11. Mount the cover onto the DPC and secure with the sixteen screws removed during disassembly. Tighten each screw securely. 12.
