MountnewContactorontoframewithTerminalsL3andT3facingupwards. Four Contactor Attaching Screws (3) 508566-008 (1) 508566-010 Torque: 35 inch-pounds Red Leadwire A2M1 Black Leadwire A1M1 Terminals L3 and T3 facing upwards New Contactor 506533-001 2. SecuretheContactortoframewiththreescrews508566-008andonescrew 508566-010. Using a Phillips-tip torque driver and a torque wrench, tighten each screw to a torque of 35 inch-pounds. 3. AttachredleadwireA2M1andblackleadwireA1M1totheContactorand secure with screws removed during disassembly. Tighten screws securely. 4. CheckthattheblackleadwireA1M1isroutedtowardstheinsideoftheunit. 5. AttachandsecureeachofthesixredleadwiresfromthePre-ChargePCB onto terminal lugs with matching labels on each side of the Contactor. Leadwires from Pre-Charge Board to Contactor Terminal Lugs (typical both sides) Contactor Terminal Lugs 513159-001 (Nov 2001) Rev. A New Contactor Page 5 of 6 DPC Contactor Replacement.
