Flow curve differs from SPV and GSPV model valves Exit Pressure Transducer 1. Transducer measures 0 to 100 psig 2. Output scaled linear 0 to 100 mV 3. 5V provided to pins D and C 4. Output signal provided on pins B and A Manifold/Solenoids The fuel manifold contains electrically controlled solenoids to direct fuel flow to the fuel injectors, which proportionally combine air and fuel to enable combustion and power generation. Four solenoids control fuel flow into the injector ports – there are three pilot solenoids and a single premix solenoid. 1. Injector Solenoids 1, 2, and 3 2. Premix Solenoid 3. Solenoid harness provides 13.8V from fuel controller 4. Failed solenoids may result in solenoid faults (5000) Pressure Transducer Harness 1. Wired for 100 psig inlet and 100 psig exit transducer 2. Pressure readings may read open or high faults (5000) if connections not secured Solenoid Harness 1. Provides power to manifold and main shutoff from fuel controller 2.
