IftheMicroTurbinecontainsaDChighvoltagejunctionbox,temporarily remove the junction box. a. Loosenthecoverscrewsandremovethecoverfromthejunctionbox. b. Removeandretaintheself-tappingscrews,andsetthejunctionboxtothe side prior to installation of the BCT. NOTE Junction Box Cover Cover Screw WARNING 5. InstalltheBCT(512592-103)onthemountingbrackets. a. CarefullylowertheBCTintotheslotofthelowerbracketandslideittothe Self- Tapping Screw Figure 3 – DC High Voltage Junction Box Removal The BCT weighs approximately 80 lb. (36 kg). Use a minimum of two people or proper lifting equipment to lift and move the BCT assembly. right. Do not release the BCT. See Figure 4.
