Capstone C200 microturbines are prime power generators, producing high quality, utility grade electric power. One of the most efficient applications for Capstone microturbines is to capture a portion of the waste heat from their clean exhaust gas, thereby achieving two outputs (electrical and thermal) for a single fuel input. This technical reference provides a means to estimate the thermal and electrical outputs as a function of several application variables.
