Bowman offers two gas-fired units, an 80 kW, and a 50 kW7. Bowman is reportedly developing larger units in the 200 kW range. Bowman Systems are integrated with either Bowman developed microturbines or other manufacturer’s microturbines. Units include a heat exchanger as part of the package to be optimised for cogeneration. Bowman microturbines are not suitable for mobile applications (80 kW unit dimensions are 3’ x 6’ x 10’). They currently have LP Gas installations in Japan for cogeneration applications in hotels and bath houses.
