2.2. POWER QUALITY PERFORMANCE 2.2.1. Electrical Frequency Electrical frequency measurements (voltage and current) were monitored continuously during the extended period. The one-minute average data collected by the electrical meter were analyzed to determine maximum frequency, minimum frequency, average frequency, and standard deviation for the verification period. These results are illustrated in Figure 2-6 and summarized in Table 2-3. The average electrical frequency measured was 60.000 Hz and the standard deviation was 0.014 Hz. 2.2.2. The 7600 ION electric meter was configured to measure 0 to 600 VAC. The turbine was grid-connected and operated as a voltage-following current source.
