System can be programmed to have the engine operating in either efficiency, which is the default, or power mode. Efficiency mode of operation controls engine to always maintain maximum efficiency at times limiting power output. Power mode controls the engine at maximum efficiency until it determines system power output is limited, at which time, the system controls sacrifice efficiency.
