Capstone Turbine Corporation • 21211 Nordhoff Street • Chatsworth • CA 91311 • U.S.A. Technical Reference: Display Panel Menu Options - Capstone MicroTurbine Stand Alone Menu The top-level Stand Alone menu establishes voltage and frequency output and is applicable only when the MicroTurbine operates in Stand Alone mode. It also establishes the operational limits for voltage and frequency, and the rates at which voltage and frequency are increased to nominal on start up (RampStart). These limits are usually set when the MicroTurbine is commissioned and are not changed once set. Refer to the following reference documents as required: • Stand Alone Operation Technical Reference (410028) • Model C30 Electrical Technical Reference (410000) • Model C60 Electrical Technical Reference (410001) Voltage Voltage establishes the nominal output voltage (line to line). Adjustable from 150 to 480 in one-volt increments. Default: 480 VAC line-to-line. Under Voltage Under Voltage - If the voltage on any phase falls below this setting the timer is started. If the voltage has not recovered at the end of this time, the system will shut down. Adjustable from 0 up to nominal. Default: 360 VAC line-to-line. Under Voltage Delay - Establishes the time period allowed for any phase voltage to fall below the Under Voltage limit established in Vrms. Adjustable from 0.01 up to 10 seconds in 0.01 second increments. Default: 10.00 seconds. Over Voltage Over Voltage - If the voltage on any phase rises above this setting the timer is tripped. If the voltage has not subsided by the end of the time span, the system will shut down. Adjustable from 528 down to nominal in 0.1 volt increments. Default: 528 VAC line-to- line. Over Voltage Delay - Establishes the time span allowed for any phase voltage to rise above the Over Voltage limit established in . Adjustable from 0.01 to 10 seconds in 0.01 second increments. Default: 10.00 seconds. 410045-001 Rev A (February 2004) Page 19 of 28 This information is proprietary to Capstone Turbine Corporation.
