Disable multipack on the affected microturbine. b. Issue “VMKSET = 0” or use the display panel to disable the fuel leak check. c. Reboot the system. d. Issue “CLRFLF” or use the display panel (Clear Fuel Fault, P1/13, and P3/9) to clear the fuel leak fault. e. Enable multipack on the affected system. f. Reboot the system. 5. Resolved a condition on microturbine systems with Woodward Valves installed, in which the Frame Personality Module would receive excessive write/program commands, therefore reducing the life expectancy of the device and resulting in fault codes 5011 (FRAME EEPROM WRITE) and 5012 (FRAME EEPROM CHECKSUM). For these systems, it is recommended that the Frame Personality Module is replaced and reprogrammed after software version v4.50 Rev. K is uploaded to the microturbine. Responsibility It is the responsibility of Capstone to provide service bulletins detailing software changes to Authorized Service Providers. It is the responsibility of Capstone to make software updates available to Authorized Service Providers. It is the responsibility of the Authorized Service Provider to obtain the software zip files from Capstone technical support, and upload the software to the microturbines. After upload has been completed, it is the Authorized Service Provider’s responsibility to provide Capstone with a Field Service Report.
