Coaxial Connectors on User Connection Interface Board Responsibility It is Capstone’s responsibility to: Provide this Service Bulletin containing description of the problem and a recommended solution to Capstone's Authorized Service Providers. Make available the software to Authorized Service Providers for the resolution of issues or enhanced functionality related to fielded microturbine systems. Provide reimbursement for flat rate labor of one half (0.5) hour for software upgrade, subject to Capstone’s Warranty Reimbursement Policy (460001). It is the Authorized Service Provider’s responsibility to: Identify affected systems, notify the customer, and perform the required action. Obtain the software zip files from the Members Only section of the Capstone website if the software upgrade is chosen as the solution.
