The systems can include multiple sources of power. Observe and adhere to the Safety Instructions contained within the MicroTurbine User’s Manual. Summary On the HEV MicroTurbine systems identified above, it was discovered that the software version installed on the Liquid Fuel Controller (LFC) might not be the latest version of the software. An incorrect version of the LFC software may result in the MicroTurbine functioning improperly or not functioning at all. Capstone requests that at the next service interval, the ASP should verify the software version on the LFC module is v1.26 or higher. If it is not, the software must be upgraded to v1.26 or higher. Responsibility It is the responsibility of Capstone to provide this Service Notice to Authorized Service Providers. It is the responsibility of the Authorized Service Providers to contact the customer and schedule a service visit. It is the responsibility of Capstone to provide the Liquid Fuel Controller software version v1.26 or higher to Authorized Service Providers. After completion of the task, it is the responsibility of the Authorized Service Providers to provide Capstone with a Field Service Report.
