Responsibility Dislodged Louver “Normal” Louver It is Capstone’s responsibility to provide Capstone’s Authorized Service Providers with this Service Bulletin. It is the Authorized Service Provider’s responsibility to notify the customer and perform the required inspection at the next scheduled maintenance interval. If the service provider identifies four (4) or more dislodged louvers, Capstone will provide replacement louvers until September 2008, at which point this program will expire. If your MicroTurbine fits the defined criteria, please contact Capstone for replacement parts. It is the Authorized Service Provider’s responsibility to provide Capstone with a Field Service Report upon completion of work.
