Summary This notice is to inform Capstone European distributors that Capstone will issue RMAs for battery packs replaced under warranty or FPP. European distributors must return those battery packs to the Capstone European Service Center using Capstone’s normal RMA procedure. Recommended Action Contact Capstone Customer Service to request RMA for any removed battery packs in storage. Responsibility It is Capstone’s responsibility to: • Provide this Service Notice informing distributors of policy or procedure revisions, and recommended actions to Capstone's Authorized Service Providers. It is the Authorized Service Provider’s responsibility to: • Contact Capstone for RMA and information regarding Capstone’s RMA process.
