NOTE Read this note before performing a software update. An existing system will operate properly without an update to the software versions detailed in this document. If a software or troubleshooting issue occurs requiring a reload of the software, you may upload the updated version listed in this document. In cases of delivery of a new DPC from Capstone, the most current software will be installed onto the controller at the time it is shipped. The updated software version is only required after replacing the DPC unit with a version that has a newer heatsink fan. The updated software version is backwards compatible to the old DPC heatsink fan. New DPC units purchased from Capstone will have the new heatsink fans, and appropriate software version, installed. Summary An alternate heatsink fan is now being used on the DPC. This change necessitated a minor software update to accommodate the new fan. Refer to Table 1 for an explanation of software usage.
