It is the Authorized Service Provider's responsibility to notify the customer of the existence of this new Backflow Damper kit, and perform the installation, if requested. Capstone will not reimburse ASPs or customer for labor costs or travel associated with the installation of this damper. It is the responsibility of the Authorized Service Providers to provide Capstone with a Field Service Report, if installation is performed.
