Assemble components as follows (both OEM and Open Package): NOTE For OEM customers, this section represents only a typical installation sequence. OEM users must supply interconnective components (e.g. tubes, hoses), which are provided as part of OPEN retrofit kits. 1. Fuel Pump (510921) 2. 3. Liquid Fuel Pressure Sensor (513684) with attached fitting (513685) 440050-001 Rev A (March 2003) ReplaceplatefromdisassemblywithnewFuel-on-Plate(FOP)Assembly (513325 - Open, 514917 – OEM). Check Valve Engine PCD to Check Valve Tube (511866) Install tube (511866) to the fuel manifold check valve using a 7/8-inch open-end wrench. Insert the other end of the tube through the plate hole and install to engine PCD. Install new liquid fuel pressure sensor 513684 (with attached fitting) into the fuel manifold and secure using a 7/8-inch open-end wrench.
