Remove the two cable cover plates, grommet and two Phillips head screws on the floor of the CRM cavity toward the front (see Figure 7). Cover Plate (x2) Grommet Figure 7. Cable Cover Plates on CRM Cavity Installing Heat Recovery Module (HRM) 1. PreparingandliftingtheHRM: Carefully lift the HRM from the shipping crate and set it on two appropriate wooden supports (see Figure 8). Supports should be at least 34” long, 4” high, and 2” wide to avoid crushing the lower exhaust duct and panels (two pieces of 34” long 2” by 4” wooden supports will suffice). Loosen the four eyebolts, remove the front, right and left side panels, and then tighten the eyebolts. CAUTION The HRM weighs approximately 530 lbs and must be lifted using a properly rated and approved hoist and lifting sling (see Appendix A). Ensure the lifting sling cables are at an angle no greater than 30 degrees from vertical to prevent buckling of the HRM frame. Figure 8.
