Check/replace solenoid harness Fuel Shutoff Solenoid Failed Closed Sour Gas configured systems: Verify that the exit pressure reading is less than supply pres- sure during start. Other Gaseous Fuel Systems: Verify that the inlet pressure reading is equal to supply pres- sure during start. Replace fuel shutoff solenoid Pressure Reading High Provides Less than Adequate Air Assist Pressure reads high when air assist not oper- ating Replace Air Assist Pressure Sensor Solenoid Stuck Closed Prohibits Adequate Air Assist Pressure reads higher than 15psig when air assist operating Replace Air Assist Solenoid Device not Rotating to Provide Air Assist Pres- sure RFC Air Assist device does not read higher than 5000 rpm when pressure commands are provided Replace Air Assist device Fuel Manifold Sole- noids Failed Closed Exit pressure reading should be less than 10 psig during start. Replace Fuel Manifold Fuel Inlet Pressure Sensor Reading High Compare fuel inlet pressure reading to actual fuel pressure being applied to system. Note: systems cannot handle more pressure than the sensor is rated for. Replace fuel inlet pressure sensor Liquid Fuel Pump Spins in Reverse Make sure positive and negative leads (red and black) are connected to correct termi- nals and pump. Correct Connec- tions on liquid fuel pump Fuel Flow Device Feed- back Does Not Match Command SPV% command does not match feedback. RFC speed command does not match speed feedback.
