6003 Internal Warning ENG PWR OVLD Engine Power Overload System Severity Level 2 Software declares an engine power overload fault when the generator power output is greater than a predetermined limit. Symptom Probable Cause Analysis Repair Solution Engine Producing Power Near Gen- erator Limit. Generator current near operating limits. This fault will trigger when the gen- erator current levels are high. The fault triggers faster than the actual protection logic. Take further action only if Fault Code 6015 is reported. Clear fault through the display panel or RS232 command. 6004 Internal Warning OUTP PWR OVRLD Output Power Overload System Severity Level 2 Software declares an output power overload fault when the inverter power output is greater than a predetermined limit. Symptom Probable Cause Analysis Repair Solution Inverter Output Pro- ducing More Power Than Controller Rat- ing. Microturbine unable to provide power required by the load for extended peri- ods of time. Look at specification and determine what load level the system is rated for. Obtain more power generation or reduce output load.
