12004 Internal Fault BATT OC B Leg B Overcurrent System Severity Level 5 Overcurrent protection prevents application of excessive stress to the Intelligent Power Module (IPM). The software declares a Leg Overcurrent fault when Leg B current inputs exceed the Leg Overcurrent for any one sample. Symptom Probable Cause Analysis Repair Solution Leg B Current Exceeds the Leg Overcurrent Limit. Leg Overcurrent Limit is not set properly. Check the command value and scale factor, when the RS-232 command of BCTLOI is used to set the Leg Overcurrent Limit. Re-set value of the Leg overcurrent Limit. The default value of the Leg Overcurrent Limit is not set correctly. Make sure that the BCT power board PM is programmed properly, and it is supported by the installed BCT control software. Re-program the BCT power board PM. Faulty BCT power Board BCT power board needs replacing.
