7011 Internal Fault NO BATTERY No Battery found System Severity Level 6 This fault is declared in the power up state in Stand Alone mode if the software does not detect a battery. Symptom Probable Cause Analysis Repair Solution System in Stand Alone Mode and no Battery found Battery Pack Circuit Breaker Off with grid power applied. Grid power will provide voltage for ECM Control Board to operate, however, the battery pack must have battery power to operate. Turn on Battery Circuit Breaker, press battery start button, and wait 10 seconds for device to communicate with ECM. Grid power applied, but system is configured Stand Alone and Battery Controller not powered on. Query the Utility Connection setting from the Display Panel or RS-232 (UTLCON). Verify that this value is set correctly. Set Utility Connection to Grid Connect. Press Battery Start button on Display Panel to wake up Battery Controller. Stand Alone with Grid Power and Auto Sleep Timer times out After the AUTOSLP timer expires, the ECM Control Board will command the battery to sleep. If the ECM Control Board still has power, is in Stand Alone mode, and can not communi- cate with a battery, then this fault is declared. Press battery start button and wait 10 seconds for battery to communicate with ECM Control Board 12-Volt Battery in User Connection Bay failed Measure voltage across the 12-volt battery located inside the Communications Bay/UCB. Verify the voltage is greater than 8 volts. Attempt to charge the battery to 12-12.6 volts, if the voltage is greater than 8 volts. Replace the 12-Volt battery if the voltage is less than 8 volts. IntraController Harness to Battery, Display, or ECM not secure Intermittent connection on the Intra-Controller bus could cause power to flow from battery to ECM, but communications are unsuccessful. Secure IntraController connection to battery Battery Start Button on Display failed Battery controller turns on when UCB battery start terminals J10 pins 2 and 3 are jumpered.
