LCM/GCM IGBT/Phase Leg Replacement Capstone Model C200
MicroTurbine C1000 Series Work Instructions
This document describes the procedure for replacing one or
more IGBT/phase legs in the Load Control Module (LCM)
(528558-1XX, 528559-1XX) or Generator Control Module (GCM)
(528557-100) on the Capstone C200 MicroTurbine and C1000
Series. The procedure is the same for either module.

Instructions: LCM/GCM IGBT/Phase Leg Replacement
b. Hold IGBT/heatsink assembly in place, and install M8 flange
nuts (2) to mounting studs. Torque to 80 in-lbs.
c. If replacing GCM BRAKE IGBT assembly or any LCM IGBT
assembly, proceed as follows. See Figure 16. If replacing GCM
