LCM/GCM IGBT/Phase Leg Replacement Capstone Model C200
MicroTurbine C1000 Series Work Instructions
This document describes the procedure for replacing one or
more IGBT/phase legs in the Load Control Module (LCM)
(528558-1XX, 528559-1XX) or Generator Control Module (GCM)
(528557-100) on the Capstone C200 MicroTurbine and C1000
Series. The procedure is the same for either module.
NOTE: Small disc capacitors attached to positive and
negative DC bus terminals are fragile. Hold capacitor lead/ring
terminal firmly with needle nose pliers and disconnect lead of
each capacitor from DC bus terminal side only and carefully move
capacitor aside.
