3018 Internal Warning PWR SUPPLY HI ECM Power Supply Voltage High System Severity Level 2 This checks that the power supply voltage is operating in a range that is not harmful to other system components. The software declares a Power Supply High fault when the feedback signal reads greater than 27.9 V (25.4V + 10%). Symptom Probable Cause Analysis Repair Solution High Power Supply voltage reading Faulty PDM Check the input voltage of PDM to be greater than 200 V, and output voltage to be 25.4 V +/- 10%. Replace PDM Faulty ECM Control Board Verify LED D34 on ECM Control Board is lit. Attempt an ECM Control Board PM upload. Replace ECM Control Board Measurement circuit failed Measure the PDM output voltage from J2 pin 5 to J2 pin 4 (PWRGND1) to be +24 V. Replace ECM Control Board Short in system or PDM overload. Unplug all connections from ECM Control Board. Verify the fault disappears. Re-boot system.
