12028 Internal Fault BATT LOW VOLT Battery Low Voltage System Severity Level 5 This fault is reported from BCM DSP if the Battery Pack voltage drops to 240 Volts for 20 seconds. Symptom Probable Cause Analysis Repair Solution Battery voltage falls below mini- mum operating voltage. System is over- loaded Application is undersized for the load Reduce load demand or add another MicroTurbine in MultiPac configuration Weak battery Check the battery voltage and state-of-charge Charge the battery. Open/loose connections Check that the voltage sense line connector is tight from J3 on the BCM Control Board to J1 on the BCM Power Board. Tighten cable connections Faulty BCM Control Board Circuitry on BCM Control Board has failed Attempt a BCM PM upload. Replace BCM Control Board. Faulty BCM Power Board Circuitry on BCM Power Board has failed Attempt a BCM PM upload. Replace BCM Power Board.
