PRELIMINARY Unit Data (Menu 7 of 7) Unit Data Menu 7 of 7 Displays real-time data for the MicroTurbine. Line 2 will always reflect turbine #1. Submenu Unit Data Submenu 1 of 15 Turbine (State) State Fault STATE will display one of the following: 1. Power-up 2. Stand-by 3. Prepare to start 4. Liftoff 5. Accel 6. Run 7. Load 8. Recharge 9. Light off 10. Cooldown 11. Warmdown 12. Restart 13. Idle recharge 14. Shutdown 15. Fault 16. Disable 17. Software download FAULT: The system event severity level displays the highest event severity level. There are 7 event severity levels, as listed below with descriptions of each: Submenu 3 of 15 Freq and Voltage A Freq (Frequency) VA (Voltage A) Freq displays output frequency of the MicroTurbine. VA displays actual output volts, ph A [VA] in AC volts Submenu 4 of 15 Voltage B and C VB (Voltage B) VC (Voltage C) VB displays actual output volts, ph B [VB] in AC volts VC displays actual output volts, ph C [VC] in AC volts Submenu 5 of 15 Current A and B IA (Current A) IB (Current B) IA displays actual output current, ph A [IA] in amps IB displays actual output current, ph B [IB] in amps Submenu 6 of 15 Current C IC (Current C) IC displays actual output current, ph C [IC] in amps Submenu 7 of 15 TET and RPM TET (Turbine Exit Temperature °C / °F) RPM (Revolutions per Minute) TET displays turbine exit temperature (°C / °F). RPM displays current operating speed (RPM). Submenu 8 of 15 Fuel Pressure and Fuel Percentage Prs (Fuel Pressure) Ful % (Fuel Percentage) Prs (Fuel Pressure) displays the inlet fuel pressure. The display may be in kilo pascals (kPa) or pounds per square inch (psi). Ful % (Fuel Percentage) displays the Percent Fuel Device (actual). The reading ranges from 0% (no fuel) to 100% (maximum fuel). • Level 0 • Level 1 • Level 2 • Level 3 • Level 4/5 Power to LCM lost, re-start possible • Level 6 E-Stop, re-start if cleared No Fault Minor error, do not log Warning, log and continue to run Shut down error, re-start OK • Level 7 Disabling condition, a re-start is not possible Submenu 2 of 15 Kilowatts and Kilowatts Demand Kw (Kilowatts) kw Dmd (Kilowatt Demand) This (kW) is the actual output in kW. The kW Demand displays the power output in kilowatts and (Dmd) displays the demanded power. Display Menu A-28 511518-001PDF Image | CAPSTONE 60 SYSTEM OPERATION
