Pre-Charge Board  Pre-charge DC bus when grid applied 2. Source 13.8V power supply through DC bus 3. Measure 5Ω across each resistor 4. When grid voltage applied ‰ Voltage present at Pre Charge Board ‰ Voltage present on inverter side of output contactor 5. Failures ‰ Inverter operation with Output Contactor open ‰ Improper utility wiring can lead to failure Inverter Output Contactor  Output contactor bypasses Pre-charge Board ‰ High power flow to and from load 2. Rated for 600 VAC and 60 Arms/phase. 3. Powered through 13.8V from DPC Power Board ‰ Connector J21 pin 1 and pin 2 (Gnd) 4. Economizer circuit latched when contactor closed ‰ Mechanical latch mechanism ‰ Reduce power required by contactor coil 5. Economizer fails to latch ‰ Cause excessive power draw burn coil ‰ Lead to contactor failure (2004) EMI Filter The EMI filter is used to reduce high frequency RF noise from the system.
