What is the PowerThermTM Energy Solution? The PowerThermTM Energy Solution is the combination of an EASCO premium boiler and Capstone MicroTurbine. EASCO Boiler For nearly a century, the Eastmond Family and EASCO Boiler Corporation have been building Best-In-Class heating equipment at its manufacturing facility in New York. EASCO’s latest product offering is its high efficiency Scotch Marine 4-Pass Boiler in capacity sizes from 100-600 hp. EASCO and Capstone New York have spent the last 5 years perfecting the PowerThermTM Solution. EASCO is the first to offer a nationwide solution that customers have been pleading for: A Best-In-Class, traditional boiler, coupled with a low maintenance generator that can provide secure power and total systems efficiencies between 85-94%. Capstone MicroTurbine A Capstone MicroTurbine is an advanced turbine (jet engine) generator that produces clean electricity and hot water from a small, safe, quiet package that is installed near the point of use. The engine needs no lubrication because it spins on a proprietary air bearing; this reduces the amount of maintenance when compared to all other forms of on-site generation equipment.
